Join me for Healthy Kickstart! We’re going to focus on positive eating habits – cutting back on sugar, carbs, dairy and refined ingredients. We’ll be kicking up the vegetables and choosing healthy ingredients while keeping the meals simple and family friendly.
We all have different goals with our diets and different things we’d like to improve. You may want to:
– Cut out all sugars, carbs, and dairy or just cut back on them
– Incorporate more vegetables in your diet
– Start cooking at home and stop running through the drive through
– Give up a food vice like sodas, caffeine, sweet treats etc.
No matter where you start or what your personal goal is, Healthy Kickstart can help. Healthy Kickstart Group is a judgement free zone. We all start in different places and we all have different goals. We will honor each other and ourselves in this process.
First, you’ll get four weeks of Healthy Kickstart Meal Plans
For each week of plans you’ll get six dinners and side dish recipes, along with a shopping list.
These recipes are gluten free and Whole 30/paleo compliant or very easily adaptable.
You’ll get recipes like:
Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore
Health Booster Chicken Soup
Beef Shawarma Lettuce Wraps
Italian Sausage with peppers and onions over baked acorn squash
(with an option of adding regular spaghetti for the kids)
Each meal comes with side dish suggestions as well, so you don’t have to do any planning. You’ll know exactly what to fix.
And you’ll know exactly what to buy, because I give you the shopping lists too!
I’ll also offer alternatives for some meals so that you can easily adapt for kids or other picky people. I don’t want you making multiple dinners just so you can eat healthier!
