Honey Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  • ½ lb. carrots cleaned and cut in 1" pieces
  • 1 Tbs. butter melted
  • 1 Tbs. honey
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Toss carrots in melted butter, honey and salt and pepper.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Evenly place carrots on the baking sheet.
  • Bake in a 425° oven for 30-35 minute.
