- 1 Tbs. butter melted
- 1 Tbs. honey
- salt & pepper to taste
Toss carrots in melted butter, honey and salt and pepper.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Evenly place carrots on the baking sheet.
Bake in a 425° oven for 30-35 minute.
