- 2-3 cups kale
- 1 small honeycrisp apple diced
- 1½ tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1½ tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbs. honey
- 1½ tsp. olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
Chop kale with a sharp knife and place in a large bowl.
Add the apple to the bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients and drizzle over the kale and apple.
Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
