Ingredients

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½-1 crushed red pepper flakes to taste
  • 1 bunch kale chopped

Instructions

  • In a skillet, cook the onion and garlic for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the crushed red pepper flakes, kale and a little water.
  • Cover and let it wilt, stirring every few minutes.
