- 1 onions chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1-2 Tbs. crushed red pepper flakes to taste
- 2 bunches kale chopped
In a skillet, cook the onion and garlic for about 5 minutes.
Add the crushed red pepper flakes, kale and a little water.
Cover and let it wilt, stirring every few minutes.
