15-Minute Garlic Lime Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Tbs. butter
  • 1-2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1-1½ lbs. shrimp peeled and deveined
  • Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 Tbs. lime juice

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a large skillet. 
  • Add the garlic and cook for a minute or two.
  • Season the shrimp with Old Bay Seasoning on both sides. Add to the skillet.
  • Cook for several minutes.
  • Flip and cook the other side for a couple minutes.
  • Pour the lime juice into the skillet.
  • Cover and cook the last few minutes until the shrimp are cooked through and pink.
