15-Minute Grilled Ham & Apple Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 6-8 slices cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread 2 slices per person
  • ½ lb. deli ham
  • ½ apple, sliced thin I like granny smith
  • swiss cheese 1-2 slices per person
  • ¼-½ cup mango chutney or peach or apricot jam
  • butter 1 Tbs. per person

Instructions

  • Lightly butter one side of each slice of bread. 
  • Add ham, apple, cheese and chutney.
  • Heat pan on medium-low heat. Toast sandwiches on both sides until the cheese is melted.
