15-Minute Grilled Ham & Apple Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 12-18 slices cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread 2 slices per person
  • 1 lb. deli ham
  • 1 large apple, sliced thin I like granny smith
  • swiss cheese 1-2 slices per person
  • ½-1 cup mango chutney or peach or apricot jam
  • 1 Tbs. butter per person

Instructions

  • Lightly butter one side of each slice of bread.
  • Add ham, apple, cheese and chutney.
  • Heat pan on medium-low heat.
  • Toast sandwiches until the cheese is melted.
