15-Minute Taco Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • ½ 15 oz. can black beans drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup corn
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • 2 oz. can black olives sliced
  • ½ lb. ground beef optional
  • ½ packet taco seasoning optional
  • ½ cup salsa
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup guacamole

Instructions

  • Toss together the lettuce, black beans, corn, cheese, and olives. 
  • If using meat, brown the ground beef.
  • Drain and add taco seasoning according to package directions.
  • Serve taco meat over salad, topped, to taste, with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.
