- 1 head romaine lettuce
- ½ 15 oz. can black beans drained and rinsed
- ½ cup corn
- ½ cup shredded cheddar
- 2 oz. can black olives sliced
- ½ lb. ground beef optional
- ½ packet taco seasoning optional
- ½ cup salsa
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup guacamole
Toss together the lettuce, black beans, corn, cheese, and olives.
If using meat, brown the ground beef.
Drain and add taco seasoning according to package directions.
Serve taco meat over salad, topped, to taste, with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.
