Ingredients

  • ½ cup cheddar shredded
  • ½ cup Panko crumbs
  • 1 tsp. favorite seasoning blend Chili lime, lemon pepper, etc.
  • 6-8 fillets white fish

Instructions

  • Mix cheddar, panko, and seasoning. 
  • Coat the fish in the cheddar panko mix.
  • Bake 425° for 10-15 minutes.
