15-Minute Pizza Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 6-8 whole wheat flour tortillas
  • 1-2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½-1 lb. pepperoni or cooked sausage
  • your choice of veggies onions, peppers, olives, tomatoes, etc.
  • 14 oz. jar pizza sauce warmed in microwave

Instructions

  • Heat griddle and spray with cooking spray. 
  • Top tortillas with cheese, meat, and veggies of choice.
  • Place another tortilla on top.
  • Brown, then flip to cook the other side.
  • Cut in triangles and serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
