- 3-4 whole wheat flour tortillas
- ½-1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- ¼-½ lb. pepperoni or cooked sausage
- Your choice of veggies onions, peppers, olives, tomatoes, etc.
- ½ 14 oz. jar pizza sauce warmed in microwave*
Heat griddle and spray with cooking spray.
Top tortillas with cheese, meat, and veggies of choice.
Place another tortilla on top.
Brown, then flip to cook the other side.
Cut in triangles and serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
