15-Minute Pizza Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 3-4 whole wheat flour tortillas
  • ½-1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ¼-½ lb. pepperoni or cooked sausage
  • Your choice of veggies onions, peppers, olives, tomatoes, etc.
  • ½ 14 oz. jar pizza sauce warmed in microwave*

Instructions

  • Heat griddle and spray with cooking spray. 
  • Top tortillas with cheese, meat, and veggies of choice.
  • Place another tortilla on top.
  • Brown, then flip to cook the other side.
  • Cut in triangles and serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
