50's Prime Time Burger

Calories: 889kcal
- 1 lb. ground beef
- ½ lb. ground pork
- 3 Tbs. onions finely diced
- 3 Tbs. red bell pepper finely diced
- 3 Tbs. green bell pepper finely diced
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ½ Tbs. brown sugar
- ½ tsp. Dijon mustard
- salt & pepper to taste
- 4-5 slices American or cheddar cheese
- 4-5 hamburger buns
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the cheese and buns.
Mix very well with your hands until completely combined.
Divide into 4-5 patties.
Grill over medium hot coals, about 6 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
Top with cheese and serve on buns.
