Asian Slaw

- 1 bag slaw mix
- 2-3 green onions chopped
- ½ cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup sesame ginger dressing or use homemade version
For homemade sesame ginger dressing:
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbs. low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic chopped.
- 2 Tbs. honey or brown sugar
- 2 Tbs. ginger peeled and minced
- 1 tsp. sesame oil toasted
Mix slaw with green onions.
Sprinkle with slivered almonds and mix well.
Drizzle with dressing to desired taste.
