Asian Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 bag slaw mix
  • 2-3 green onions chopped
  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup sesame ginger dressing or use homemade version

For homemade sesame ginger dressing:

  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped.
  • 2 Tbs. honey or brown sugar
  • 2 Tbs. ginger peeled and minced
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil toasted

Instructions

  • Mix slaw with green onions. 
  • Sprinkle with slivered almonds and mix well.
  • Drizzle with dressing to desired taste.

For sesame ginger dressing:

  • Thoroughly whisk together all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
