Ingredients

  • ½ bag slaw mix
  • 1-2 green onions chopped
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds
  • ½ cup sesame ginger dressing or use homemade

For homemade sesame ginger dressing:

  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 Tbs. honey or brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs. ginger peeled and minced
  • ½ tsp. sesame oil toasted

Instructions

  • Mix slaw with green onions. 
  • Sprinkle with slivered almonds.
  • Drizzle with dressing to desired taste.
  • Mix well.

For sesame ginger dressing:

  • Thoroughly whisk together all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
