- ½ bag slaw mix
- 1-2 green onions chopped
- ¼ cup slivered almonds
- ½ cup sesame ginger dressing or use homemade
For homemade sesame ginger dressing:
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbs. low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 Tbs. honey or brown sugar
- 1 Tbs. ginger peeled and minced
- ½ tsp. sesame oil toasted
Mix slaw with green onions.
Sprinkle with slivered almonds.
Drizzle with dressing to desired taste.
Mix well.
