Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Cream the butter and sugars together in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the vanilla and eggs.
  • In a separate bowl, stir the flour, baking soda and salt together.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet in the mixing bowl and blend together.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Drop by teaspoons full onto a baking stone or cookie sheet and bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes.
