White Fish with Garlic Cheese Sauce

- 3-4 fillets white fish such as tilapia or orange roughy
- 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
- ¼ cup parmesan shredded
- 2½ Tbs. lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- salt & pepper to taste
Stir together the mayonnaise, parmesan, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
Spread the sauce on both sides of the fillet.
Wrap each filet in a foil packet and place them all in the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
