- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced or crushed
- ½-1 Tbs. olive oil for sautéing
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- ½ - 15 oz. fire-roasted diced tomatoes lightly drained
- ⅛ tsp. ground pepper fresh
- ½ tsp. basil
- ½ tsp. oregano
- ¼ tsp. thyme
- 2 slices Provolone cheese diced or ¼ cup shredded
- 2 Tbs. parmesan
Parmesan Sauté the onion and garlic in the olive oil over medium heat.
Stir in the other ingredients and simmer about 10 minutes or until the cheeses have melted.
Serve over cooked spaghetti squash.
