Fire Roasted Tomato Sauce With Two Cheeses Over Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced or crushed
  • ½-1 Tbs. olive oil for sautéing
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • ½ - 15 oz. fire-roasted diced tomatoes lightly drained
  • tsp. ground pepper fresh
  • ½ tsp. basil
  • ½ tsp. oregano
  • ¼ tsp. thyme
  • 2 slices Provolone cheese diced or ¼ cup shredded
  • 2 Tbs. parmesan

Instructions

  • Parmesan Sauté the onion and garlic in the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Stir in the other ingredients and simmer about 10 minutes or until the cheeses have melted.
  • Serve over cooked spaghetti squash.
