Beef and Black Bean Taco Bake

- ½ lb. ground beef browned
- ½ 15 oz. can black beans drained and rinsed
- ½ 16 oz. jar black bean and corn salsa
- 3-5 to tortillas corn or flour, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup cheddar or Mexican blend cheese shredded
- ¼-½ extra cheese for the top if desired
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Pour into a 9×9 casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Cover and bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes.
