Beef and Black Bean Taco Bake

Ingredients

  • ½ lb. ground beef browned
  • ½ 15 oz. can black beans drained and rinsed
  • ½ 16 oz. jar black bean and corn salsa
  • 3-5 to tortillas corn or flour, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup cheddar or Mexican blend cheese shredded
  • ¼-½ extra cheese for the top if desired

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Pour into a 9×9 casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Cover and bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes.
