Instructions
Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
Line each well with a slice of ham.
Whisk together remaining ingredients until well combined and divide between muffin tins.
Bake at 350° until set, about 25 minutes.
Notes
These can be made ahead and frozen. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight and reheat in the microwave.
