  • tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 Tbs. oil for frying
  • 3-4 tsp. butter for serving

Instructions

  • Stir the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Mix in the egg and milk.
  • Fry in a skillet or griddle like you would a pancake.
  • Serve with butter.
