Ingredients

Large Plan

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup mango chutney
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 4 cups chicken chopped and cooked
  • 6-8 croissants

Instructions

  • Stir all of the ingredients together except chicken.
  • Pour dressing over chicken and toss to coat.
  • Serve in croissant rolls.
