- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. salt
- 4 cups chicken chopped and cooked
- 6-8 croissants
Stir all of the ingredients together except chicken.
Pour dressing over chicken and toss to coat.
Serve in croissant rolls.
