- 2 eggs
- ½ cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- ½ tsp. seasoned salt
- ⅛ tsp. liquid smoke
- 3-4 slices cheese
- 3-4 whole wheat sandwich buns
Combine all the ingredients until well blended.
Pat out burgers. Cook on the grill, an indoor grill or in a skillet.
Top with cheese just before removing from the grill.
