  • 2 lbs. cauliflower florets
  • 4 oz. cream cheese softened
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Place cauliflower and water in pressure cooker pot and cook for 5 minutes on high.
  • Drain water.
  • Stir in cream cheese, salt and pepper.
