Ingredients
For the Salad:

heads
romaine lettuce
½
cup
parmesan cheese
freshly grated
½
tsp.
Italian seasoning
¾
lb.
chicken breast
grilled & diced, optional
For the Dressing:
4
cloves
garlic
minced

Tbs.
Dijon mustard
1
Tbs.
vinegar
Kosher salt and pepper
to taste

mayonnaise
½
cup
olive oil

tsp.
lemon juice
Instructions
Add the garlic, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to a blender or food processor and blend until well combined.
Add the mayonnaise and blend again until well combined.
With the blender or food processor running, add the olive oil in a steady stream.
Stir in the lemon juice and then taste and adjust the seasonings if needed.
Notes
For the salad: Toss the lettuce with enough dressing to coat and then toss with Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, and chicken breast, if desired.
