Ingredients

  • 1 bag baby spinach
  • 8 oz. mandarin oranges drained
  • cup pomegranate arils
  • 1 avocado diced
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Toss together spinach, oranges, pomegranate arils, avocados, and almonds.
  • Dress, to taste, with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
