Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup butter
  • tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ Tbs. dried parsley
  • ½ loaf Italian bread cut into ½" slices.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and mix in seasonings.
  • Place slices of bread on baking sheets and brush each slice of bread with a garlic butter mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes, until lightly toasted.
  • Remove from oven and brush with any remaining butter mixture.
  • Return to oven approximately 5 minutes, or until bread is lightly browned.
