- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 15 oz. can black beans drained and rinsed
- 15 oz. can dark red kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 1½ cups corn drained
- 15 oz. can tomatoes with green chilies
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 Tbs. chili powder
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. onion powder
- ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- ¼ tsp. dried oregano
- ½ tsp. paprika
- 1½ tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- 1-1½ cups water
Brown the meat and onion together.
Rinse under hot water to get rid of the fat.
Add the meat and remaining ingredients to the slow cooker and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
