- 2-3 boneless chicken breasts
- 3 cups chicken broth
- ½ 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
- ¾ cups frozen corn
- ½ can black beans
- ½ red pepper chopped
- ½ onion chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 Tbs. taco seasoning ½ package
- ¼ cup rice
Place all ingredients, except rice, in slow cooker.
Cook on high for 5-6 hours or on low for 7-8 hours.
Add rice 1-2 hours before serving
