Ingredients

  • 2-3 boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • ½ 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
  • ¾ cups frozen corn
  • ½ can black beans
  • ½ red pepper chopped
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 Tbs. taco seasoning ½ package
  • ¼ cup rice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients, except rice, in slow cooker.
  • Cook on high for 5-6 hours or on low for 7-8 hours.
  • Add rice 1-2 hours before serving
