Ingredients

  • 4-5 boneless chicken breasts
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
  • cups frozen corn
  • 15 oz. can black beans
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 2 Tbs. taco seasoning 1 package
  • ½ cup rice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients, except rice, in slow cooker.
  • Cook on high for 5-6 hours or on low for 7-8 hours.
  • Add rice 1-2 hours before serving.
