Ingredients

  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • ½-1 Tbs. olive oil drizzle
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • To cook spaghetti squash, cut the squash in half and scoop out seeds.
  • Rub with oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Cook in a slow cooker on low for 4-6 hours
