Ingredients

For salad:

  • 1 bunch broccoli chopped
  • 1 head cauliflower chopped
  • 1-2 stalks celery chopped
  • 4-5 carrots chopped
  • 2 cups ranch dressing or homemade ranch dressing

For homemade ranch dressing:

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 Tbs. dried parsley

Instructions

For salad:

  • Stir the veggies together with the ranch dip.
  • Chill until serving.

For homemade ranch dressing:

  • Mix in blender for 10 seconds.
