Ingredients

  • 1½-2 cups water or orange juice
  • 3-4 oranges peeled
  • 3-4 bananas peeled
  • 1½-2 cups spinach
  • 1½-2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1½-2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a blender, blend the water (or juice and spinach until smooth.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
