- ½ lb. deli ham
- ½ lb. deli turkey
- ½ lb. deli roast beef
- 6 - 8 slices provolone cheese
- 6-8 leaves lettuce
- 6-8 slices tomato
- 1 onion
- 3-4 Tbs. olive oil
- 12-16 slices bread like sourdough or oat
- 2-3 Tbs. mayonnaise
- 2-3 Tbs. mustard
Set out ham, turkey, roast beef, provolone cheese, lettuce and tomato.
Grill slices of onions by cutting them thick, brush with olive oil and lay them on the grill.
Flip them carefully so they don’t fall under the grid.
Brush olive oil on the outside of the bread and assemble the sandwiches.
Grill each side to desired doneness and until cheese is melted.
Serve warm.
