Ingredients

  • 2 avocados ripe
  • 2 garlic cloves pressed or minced
  • 2-4 Tbs. lemon or lime juice
  • salt& red pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Slice the avocados in half and take out the pit.
  • Mash them together with the other ingredients.
  • I put everything in the stand mixer to do this.
  • Adjust the seasonings as needed.
