- 1 avocado ripe
- 1 clove garlic pressed or minced
- 1-2 Tbs. lemon or lime juice
- salt & red pepper to taste
Slice the avocados in half and take out the pit.
Mash them together with the other ingredients.
I put everything in the stand mixer to do this.
Adjust the seasonings as needed.
