Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 Tbs. raspberry preserves
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 2 Tbs. almonds sliced
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
  • pinch Kosher salt & freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, this can be eaten cold or warmed in the microwave.
  • Thin with additional milk if desired.
