Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower fresh, cut into florets
  • 1-2 Tbs. olive oil
  • kosher salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Toss the cauliflower and oil until lightly coated.
  • Sprinkle with seasonings and toss again.
  • Place on a rimmed cookie sheet and put it in the oven at 350° for about20-25 minutes.
