Roasted Chicken with Garlic and Wine

Ingredients

  • 1 small whole chicken
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine optional
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Wash the chicken and place it in a casserole dish or roasting pan.
  • Mixthe remaining ingredients together to make a dressing and rub onto the chicken.
  • If you have extra, drizzle it over the top.
  • Bake uncovered at 350° for 1½ hours, or until done.
