Chicken, Green Beans & Potatoes Sheet Pan Dinner

- 2 lbs. chicken thighs
- 4 potatoes chopped
- ½ lb. green beans
- 2-3 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 Tbs. Montreal steak seasoning
- ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese shredded
Brush one large or two small rimmed baking sheets with olive oil.
Toss potatoes and green beans with a drizzle of olive oil and Montreal steak seasoning. Add them to a section of the pan.
Brush chicken with olive oil and place in remaining space on the pan.
Sprinkle with Montreal steak seasoning.
Place in a 400° oven for 25-30 minutes until meat is cooked through.
Sprinkle with cheese and broil for 2 minutes to melt.
