Chicken, Green Beans & Potatoes Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken thighs
  • 2 potatoes chopped
  • ¼ lb. green beans
  • 1-1½ Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. Montreal steak seasoning
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Brush one large or two small rimmed baking sheets with olive oil.
  • Toss potatoes and green beans with a drizzle of olive oil and Montreal steak seasoning. Add them to a section of the pan.
  • Brush chicken with olive oil and place in remaining space on the pan.
  • Sprinkle with Montreal steak seasoning.
  • Place in a 400° oven for 25-30 minutes until meat is cooked through.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and broil for 2 minutes to melt.
