Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. chicken tenders boneless
  • 3 bell peppers chopped
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 3 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 lb. brussel sprouts halved
  • 2-3 Tbs. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  • Place chicken and vegetables on the sheet.
  • Drizzle olive oil over everything and toss to coat.
  • Sprinkle evenly with seasoning and toss to coat.
  • Bake at 400° for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
