- 1 lb. chicken tenders boneless
- 2 bell peppers chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1½ cups cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ lb. brussel sprouts halved
- 1-1½ Tbs. olive oil
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
Place chicken and vegetables on the sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over everything and toss to coat.
Sprinkle evenly with seasoning and toss to coat.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
