can coconut cream
chilled overnight in fridge

cup
powdered sugar

tsp.
coconut or vanilla extract
Instructions
Open coconut cream can and drain liquid.
Put coconut cream in mixing bowl.
Add powdered sugar and extract.
Whip until well blended and fluffy. This won't form stiff peaks like regular whipped cream.
Notes
Liquid from coconut milk can be used for smoothies.
