- 2 -3 lbs. boneless chicken tenders
- 8 oz. salsa verde
- 2 Tbs. taco seasoning the equivalent of 1 package, or use homemade
- 15 oz. tomato sauce
- 12-16 tortillas
- 1-2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
For the homemade taco seasoning:
- 3 Tbs. chili powder
- 1½ tsp. garlic powder
- ¾ tsp. onion powder
- ¾ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- ¾ tsp. dried oregano
- 1½ tsp. paprika
- 1½ Tbs. ground cumin
- 1 Tbs. salt
- 1½ tsp. black pepper
For the homemade taco seasoning:
For the tacos:
Combine chicken, green chilies, taco seasoning and tomato sauce in the pressure cooker pot.
Set cook time for 15 minutes.
Do a quick pressure release.
Shred chicken and serve in tortillas.
