  • 1-1½ lbs. beef roast
  • 2 large potatoes cut into chunks
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 bay leaf
  • tsp. Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to slow cook and cook on high for 5-6 hour or on low for 7-8 hours.
