- 2 large potatoes cut into chunks
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1½ cup beef broth
- 1½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- 1½ tsp. Italian seasoning
Add all ingredients to the pressure cooker pot. Set cook time for 50 minutes.
Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then release remaining pressure.
