- 3 large potatoes cut into chunks
- 1 onion diced
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 Tbs. Italian seasoning
Add all ingredients to the pressure cooker pot. Set cook time for 70 minutes.
Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then release remaining pressure.
