Pork Chop and Apples Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1½-2 lbs. boneless pork chops thin cut
  • kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4-6 apples peeled and sliced
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • dash nutmeg

Instructions

  • Brush sheet pan with olive oil.
  • Place pork chops on pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and nutmeg and toss to coat.
  • Pour apples onto the sheet pan with the pork.
  • Bake at 425° for 25-30 minutes, until pork chops are cooked through and apples are tender.
