Oven-Baked Pork Chops Topped with Pineapple, Green Pepper, and Onion

Ingredients

  • 6-8 pork chops boneless
  • 6-8 slices onion
  • 6-8 slices green pepper cut in rings
  • 6-8 rings pineapple
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Oven Version:

  • Place the pork chops in a casserole dish.
  • Layer the onion, green pepper and pineapple on top of each pork chop.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

Grill Version:

  • Place pork chops and vegetables in individual foil packets and grill for about 20 minutes or so.

Instant Pot Version:

  • Add 1½ cups pineapple juice.
  • Set cook time for 12 minutes. Do a quick pressure release.
